Cert Manager upgrade from Rancher shows only latest version
You have to modify chart metadata and add two annotations: catalog.cattle.io/ui-source-repo: jetstack and catalog.cattle.io/ui-source-repo-type: cluster
You can modify annotations in API view
And VOILA!
